Julie Brenning grew up in Washington State but calls New Mexico home. She is a policy analyst, wife and mother. Julie is the President of the NE Heights Neighborhood Engagement Project, which seeks to inform our community on local issues. Her family attends church and school in this neighborhood. She is the mother of three school-aged children, two of whom have special needs. Julie has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree in Asian Studies from the University of Utah. She speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and has lived abroad.
